Terms & conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to be paid at the time of booking.
- Two months prior to the group’s departure an additional 50% of the total amount is to be paid.
- One month prior to the group’s departure the total balance is to be paid.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Fees:
- Bookings cancelled 65 days prior to departure –The total amount will be reimbursed excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Bookings cancelled 64-46 days prior to departure – 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Bookings cancelled 45-31 days prior to departure– 50% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Bookings cancelled 30 days & less prior to departure – 100% cancellation fee – full penalty – no refund.
- Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the operator handling the booking.
