3 days Murchison falls tour will take you to Murchison falls national park which is the largest protected
area in Uganda. Murchison falls national park is known for harboring a wide range of wildlife species
including animals like elephants, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, buffaloes, lions, leopards, bushbucks,
hyenas, giraffes, Jacksons hartebeest, primates like monkeys, baboons and different bird species.
Itinerary
Depending on your location on the first day of the 3 days Murchison falls tour, you will be welcomed by
our driver guide who will brief you about the safari and the start the journey to Murchison falls national
park. On the way you will have enroute lunch, you will proceed to Murchison falls national park through
Masindi and head to the top of the falls. This will be your first activity of the tour. Hiking to the top of
the falls is an adventurous activity that takes about 45 minutes depending on your level of fitness, you
will be able to enjoy spectacular views of the waterfall, listen to water roars and when you reach on top
you will be able to view a great spectacle of how the water squeezes through the rocks with a powerful
force. You will then meet up with your driver guide to transfer back to the lodge for dinner and
overnight. check into the hotel/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Morning game drive; after an early breakfast, your driver guide will pick you from the hotel/lodge to go
for a morning game drive in the park. During the game drive, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful
sunrise, view animals like buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, Jacksons
hartebeest, lions, leopards, hyenas, view different bird species among others. After the game drive, you
will return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon boat cruise; after lunch, you will go for an interesting boat cruise to the bottom of the falls.
During the boat ride which takes about 2 hours, you will be able to view large herds of hippos in water,
crocodiles basking on the banks, view elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes along the shores and
water birds like cormorants, bee eaters, kingfishers, fish eagles, hornbills and many others. The boat will

Morning game drive. After breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide
to go for a short game drive in the park where you will look out for animals that you might have missed
during the previous game drive. After the game ride you will arrive in Kampala early evening and your
driver guide will drop you off in Kampala.
We will have breakfast in the morning and transfer to Kampala capital city for drop off.
